Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Implementation Specialist for North America to lead delivery of Unimarket solutions. You will manage projects from planning through customer training, configure sites, and coordinate integrations with ERP and finance systems.

As part of a fast-growing SaaS environment, you will work with internal teams and customers, document progress, and drive project success while expanding product knowledge and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in a SaaS environment (business operations, product management or project management).
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and integrations to ERP, finance, and third-party solutions.
• High proficiency in Excel and business software applications.
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on, proactive environment.
• Process-oriented and detail-focused.
• AI literacy and adaptability with daily use of AI tools (Claude, data analysis, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the success and timeliness of customer projects.
• Collaborate with Supplier Integration, Support, Customer Success, Account Management and Development/Technical teams.
• Guide customers through implementation journeys, build relationships, and deliver high-quality service.
• Document projects (Plans, Handoff Documents, Training, Process flows).
• Gather and share feedback on products and solutions from new customers.
• Stay up-to-date on Unimarket product knowledge and industry practices.
• Travel to visit customers and attend events.
• Learn new modules/features when Unimarket acquires new solutions.

About the role

TheUnimarketImplementation Specialist for North America reports to the Head of PMO North America and is responsible for the completion of all aspects of deliveringUnimarket’ssolution to new and/or existing customers whichinclude:Project Management and Planning, Site Configuration, Systems Integrations, Supplier Enablement, Initial Customer Training and Support, as well as project documentation and customer transition to Customer Success.

What you'll do

• Ensuring the success and timeliness of customer projects


• Work with internal and external resources critical to successful projects in addition to working closely with all aspects of the business, Supplier Integration, Support, Customer Success, Account Management and Development/Technical teams


• Work with customers through their implementation journey which includes building good relationships while deliveringhigh-qualityservice, ensuring customer satisfaction andprovidingeffective advice asrequired.


• Documentation related to projects (Project Plans, Handoff Documents, Training, Process flowetc.)


• Gather and share fresh feedback on product and solutions from new customers as they see the product for the first time


• Stay up to date onUnimarketproduct knowledge and general industry practices

Additional duties and responsibilities

• Participate and support the integrated supplier testing for new customer projects.


• Perform business analysis on customer processes related to the available and recommendedUnimarketconfigurations.


• Run new customer training sessions for Train-the-Trainer, End User and Administrator training.


• Act as an escalation point forUnimarketSupport, Customer Success and Account Managers for issues related to customer support inquiries.


• Participate in meetings, prepare agendas, meeting minutes, reports and perform other duties as requested by the Head of Project Management Office.


• Travel to visit customers and to attendUnimarketevents.


• WhenUnimarketmakes an acquisition, the Implementation Lead is expected to learn all new modules and features and be prepared for delivery of all aspects of thenew solutions.


• Track and record time related to Customer projects and activities.

About you

• Relevant work experience (i.e. business operations, product management, project management) in a SaaS environment.


• Excellent problem solving skills.


• Experience with implementation of SaaS solutions and integration of such solutions to ERP,financeand other third-party solutions.


• High levelofproficiencyin Excel and business software applications.


• Ability to work independently and effectively in a \"hands on, make it happen\" environment.


• Process-oriented and detail focused.


• AI Literacy and adaptability - We use AI tools daily across functions - Claude, search, code generation, data analysis. Youdon'tneedexpertise, but we expect you to:
