Job summary

QuikStor, the leading SaaS facility management platform for the self-storage industry, seeks an Implementation Manager in El Segundo, CA to drive successful deployments and serve as a product expert for customers.

You will translate client requirements into clear configurations, collaborate with Sales, PM, Product, and Implementation teams, and ensure smooth handoffs to the Execution team throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or solutions consulting.
• Deep understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong customer-facing communication and discovery skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
• Comfortable working in a structured, multi-team implementation model.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed discovery sessions with customers to understand workflows and requirements.
• Define how QuikStor should be configured to meet needs including leasing, billing, and reporting.
• Deliver handoff documentation to the Implementation Execution team and support build/validation phases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for pre- and post-go-live activities.
• Act as a trusted product expert to ensure customer confidence and enablement.
