Job summary

QuikStor is seeking a Client Success Representative to manage a portfolio of post-implementation clients. You will own the client relationship, drive feature adoption, and coordinate with Support to resolve issues.

This role emphasizes retention, growth, and expanding accounts through additional facilities and services. The position offers a Commission plan tied to recurring revenue and new business, with success measured by revenue retention, adoption, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or other post-sale client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a book of accounts.
• CRM and support platforms such as HubSpot and Intercom, with Excel experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% for client visits and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship for an assigned portfolio of clients and all their facilities after implementation.
• Serve as the primary client contact for issues and coordinate with Support for resolution.
• Drive adoption of QuikStor features, including rent increases, workflows, online payments, and access control integrations.
• Conduct training and check-ins to reinforce best practices and adoption across facility teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities and prepare quotes within approved pricing.
• Follow open support issues and keep the client informed of progress.
