Job summary

Ecotrak is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own the customer journey from signed contract to go-live on the Ecotrak platform. This hands-on role blends project management, customer consulting, and software configuration to deliver successful deployments.

You will lead discovery, gather requirements, configure site hierarchies, assets, and workflows, manage data migration and integrations, and coordinate testing and training to ensure a smooth launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or project management.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Comfort configuring software directly and managing the project plan.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation plan for each assigned customer, including timelines and milestones.
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions and translate into Ecotrak configurations.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Build and deliver role-based training and documentation for customer teams.
