Responsibilities include leading sessions, documenting business initiatives, and performing gap analyses while ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong ERP product knowledge.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Understand common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of expertise.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer sessions to identify current and future business initiatives.
• Document requirement gaps within current systems and processes.
• Design and configure ERP solutions to meet business needs.
• Manage data migration, go-live tasks and post-go-live consulting.
• Ensure timely and accurate project and time administration.
