Job summary

Ecotrak is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own customer journeys from contract to go-live on the Ecotrak platform. This hands-on role blends project management, consulting, and software configuration across locations, assets, and workflows.

You’ll gather requirements, configure ecosystems, manage data migration, and coordinate integrations with internal teams to ensure a successful launch and sustained customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Comfort configuring software directly and using the platform.
• Strong communication with executives to users across the org.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation plans with timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Lead status calls with customer stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Manage multiple implementations ensuring go-live dates and quality.
• Identify scope changes and blockers, proposing plans to get back on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and keep projects moving.
• Create and maintain project documentation and status in PM tools.
