Job summary

Engagifii is seeking a customer-focused Implementation professional to guide new customers from discovery through launch. You will learn customer operations across membership, events, and related workflows, then translate requirements into Engagifii configurations.

Role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, ownership of complex deployments, and a structured implementation approach to ensure successful go-lives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, solutions consulting, professional services, or a similar customer-facing technology role.
• Evidence of owning complex customer implementations from discovery through launch.
• Exceptional organization, project management, customer communication, and follow-through.
• Natural curiosity and the ability to translate business processes into software configuration.
• Experience training administrators or power users and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical aptitude involving configuration, data migration, integrations, permissions, workflow automation, or similar work.
• Comfort handling difficult conversations, setting expectations, and taking ownership when something goes wrong.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand how customers operate across people, groups, events, and modules.
• Ask why and uncover underlying problems and future-state processes.
• Design and configure Engagifii based on requirements.
• Own the implementation project: plans, milestones, responsibilities, scope, risks, deadlines.
• Manage data migration and integrations with connected systems (payments, SSO, email, LMS, accounting, websites).
• Train administrators around workflows, not just buttons.
• Coordinate UAT, go-live preparation, and transition to Customer Experience team.
• Be responsive, empathetic, and proactive during a major technology change.
• Surface product gaps and document decisions for a strong handoff.
