Job summary

JobNimbus is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to help contractors implement tailored solutions, optimize workflows, and drive adoption across their teams. You will lead onboarding, design workflows, configure data, and deliver hands-on training to ensure customers realize measurable results.

In this role you will translate customer processes into scalable JobNimbus workflows, collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product, and travel up to 30% to deliver onsite engagements and workshops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in implementation or consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; workshop facilitation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience configuring SaaS systems.
• Knowledge of automation, reporting, and integrations (QuickBooks, HOVER, Zapier).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, workflow design, and data configuration for customers.
• Translate processes into scalable JobNimbus workflows and automations.
• Diagnose challenges and guide customers to practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, virtual and in-person, to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for smooth handoffs.
• Track deliverables, billable utilization, and timelines.
• Conduct onsite sessions and training with travel as needed.
