Comply365 is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. You will guide customers through implementations, helping them adopt and derive value from our SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and adept at translating business needs into configured systems and training. This hybrid role is Beloit, WI-based with three days in the office each week and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementations or customer-facing consulting.
• Ability to translate business needs into software configurations.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from planning through go-live.
• Define and build solutions using our SaaS platform based on customer needs.
• Configure the system per requirements and best practices.
