Job summary

Comply365 is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. You will support customers through their implementation journey, helping them adopt and gain value from our SaaS solutions. The role is hybrid to our Orlando, FL office, with an expectation to attend the office 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable configuring solutions and delivering effective training. Travel internationally approx. one week per month.

Qualifications

• Experienced in SaaS implementation and customer delivery.
• Ability to configure solutions and deliver customer training.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from planning through go-live.
• Define and build solutions using our SaaS platform.
• Configure systems based on customer requirements and best practices.
