JobNimbus is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to empower contractors with tailored JobNimbus solutions. You will lead onboarding, design workflows, and configure data to accelerate adoption and drive measurable results.

In this role, you will diagnose challenges, conduct hands-on training, and act as a trusted advisor across remote and onsite engagements. Expect collaboration with Sales, CS, and Product and up to 50% travel.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as implementation, consulting, customer success, or account management.
• Experience configuring SaaS systems and translating customer processes into scalable workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and conduct onsite sessions as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding, workflow design, and data configuration for new and existing customers through remote and onsite engagements.
• Translate customer processes into scalable JobNimbus workflows and best practices.
• Diagnose challenges and guide customers toward practical solutions aligned with JobNimbus capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops, virtual and in-person, to enable customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for smooth handoffs and feedback loops.
• Track deliverables and maintain billable utilization with quality and timeline adherence.
• Conduct onsite sessions and training as required, with up to 50% travel during peak seasons.
