Job summary

RainFocus is seeking a Solution Consultant to drive post-sale implementations and consult on platform configuration. You will partner with Solution Architects to gather requirements, design solutions, and educate clients on RainFocus tools. Travel up to 20% is expected as needed.

Ideal candidates are collaborators who can mentor peers, work in fast-paced environments, and create efficient, scalable configurations. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for Enterprise-level clients, including gathering and documenting complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.
• Proven success in creating efficiencies through process design and adoption measurement.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in RainFocus platform.
• Train client admins on RainFocus tools and processes.
• Configure the RainFocus platform.
• Work with clients to identify business requirements and workflows.
• Facilitate holistic system design and architecture workshops.
• Identify platform configuration requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks to achieve implementation success.
• Lead solution project calls and demos with clients.
