Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of SaaS experience in professional services, implementation, or customer success.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and manage a book of business.
• Curiosity for product/technology and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Ensure customers are set up for success with the core platform and discover business needs.
• Solution customer needs via workflows, reports, permissions, and approvals; build custom workflows and advanced reports.
• Train customers on the core platform and drive KPI performance (CSAT, adoption).
• Collaborate with CX, product, and marketing to maximize product adoption; design new use cases and document them.
