Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Implementation Specialist for the Platform to help customers maximize value through custom workflows, reports, and permissions. This remote US role collaborates with Professional Services, CX, product, and engineering; strong SQL/Excel skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.

The role involves designing use cases, training customers and teams via webinars, and contributing to knowledge bases while supporting new platform features in close partnership with product

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS experience in professional services, implementation, or customer success.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Experience writing your own SQL queries.
• Curiosity for product/technology.
• Prior experience working in HR/IT SaaS is a plus.
• Strong prioritization and time management.
• Willingness to train and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Discover customers' business needs and priorities.
• Solution customer’s business needs/priorities via workflows, reports, permissions and approvals.
• Build custom workflows, formula fields, advanced reports, permission profiles, and approvals.
• Train customers on the core platform.
• Deliver to KPI’s: project completions, CSAT, and adoption/exit gate adherence.
• Work cross-functionally with CX, product, and marketing to maximize product adoption.
• Design and document new use cases for our platform.
• Train internal and external teams through webinars.
• Contribute to our knowledge base and serve as a subject matter expert on the Platform.
• Actively contribute to the development of new Platform features.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to support new use cases.
• Assist with user testing and beta programs for new features.
