Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and reporting concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and insights.
• Support annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain forecasting and operating models across financial statements.
• Develop and analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, net retention).
• Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Act as finance business partner with ad hoc analysis and guidance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board.
• Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast and identify variances and risks.
• Support resource planning, investment analysis, and business cases.
• Leverage AI tools and planning platforms to improve efficiency and insights.
