Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 years FP&A, Revenue Operations, Data Analysis, or BI.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SQL (Snowflake preferred).
• Willingness to deepen technical expertise.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and planning software (Adaptive).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS business and revenue model a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Advance insights on vital business metrics (e.g., retention rates, pipeline, churn).
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic long-range planning for cash billings, revenue, and KPIs.
• Build and improve financial models for clarity and forecasting accuracy.
• Provide variance analysis for Executive Leadership and Board reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to improve data flows and analytics.
• Use AI tooling to conduct financial analysis for pricing models, scenario analysis and risk assessment.
