Job summary

RevSpring, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The role supports planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the organization, using AI tools and modern planning platforms to improve efficiency and insights.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in FP&A, strong modeling skills, and experience with SaaS metrics. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions, while delivering Board-ready reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup, complex formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and insights to management.
• Support annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and operating models for financial statements.
• Develop and analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, net retention).
• Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Act as finance business partner providing ad hoc analysis and guidance.
• Prepare management and Board presentations.
• Analyze actuals vs budget/forecast and identify variances and opportunities.
• Support resource planning, investments, and business case development.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality of analysis and reporting.
• Utilize FP&A tools like Anaplan, Pigment, Vena, NetSuite Planning, or Adaptive Planning.
• Identify process improvements and data integrity enhancements.
• Complete special projects as needed.
