Job summary

RevSpring, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Nashville. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across functions, with a focus on SaaS metrics and data-driven insights.

You will build financial models, analyze variances, and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Strong Excel skills and experience with planning tools are important.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills and impact analysis.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and insights to management.
• Support annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain financial models for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses.
• Develop SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, net retention) and analyze trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and operational decisions.
