Job summary

Bluefish Labs seeks a Head of Finance / Director of Finance to scale the finance function as the company grows. You will own FP&A, strategic finance and controllership, ensuring clean reporting and scalable processes.

You will partner with business leaders across GTM, Product and Engineering, drive the budgeting cycle, and lead the close, audits and compliance with external firms. A hands-on leader with strong SaaS metrics experience is needed.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, and accounting within startups.
• Experience supporting board reporting processes and investor diligence.
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge and ASC 606 familiarity.
• Proven ability to scale finance teams, systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Develop SaaS financial model and operating metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV).
• Partner with GTM, Revenue Operations, Product and Engineering on planning and ROI analysis.
• Oversee close processes, controls, audits, and tax compliance with external partners.
• Own executive dashboards and Board reporting materials.
• Drive fundraising support and investor diligence.
