BlueCat is seeking a results-driven FP&A professional to partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will own monthly variance analysis, reforecasting, and Board reporting, and build unit-economics such as CAC/LTV to guide strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel/modeling, and strong SaaS metrics with excellent communication skills.
