Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customer AI teams, embedding inside their projects to design, prototype, and productionize AI agents using the W&B Weave toolkit.

This hands-on, customer-facing role requires solving open-ended technical problems, shaping how top organizations build with AI, and communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to work directly with customers in technical consulting or solution engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Embed inside customer AI teams to design, prototype, and productionize AI agents using W&B Weave.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for architectural decisions and best practices for agentic workflows.
• Develop reference implementations, demos, and example projects showcasing W&B Weave usage.
• Gather and relay field feedback to influence product roadmap and AI developer experience.
• Conduct technical workshops and enablement sessions to accelerate adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges in customer environments.
