Job summary

Petual is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to run customer implementations of our SaaS platform within internal audit, enterprise risk, and SOX compliance teams. You own each deployment from kickoff to go-live: the plan, the timeline, the data and control migration, and the handoff to Customer Success.

You will work with audit directors, SOX program managers, IT, and security teams at the customer, plus our product, engineering, and support teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in SaaS implementation, professional services, or audit-related roles.
Experience running multiple projects with meeting deadlines and milestones.
Clear, confident communication with audiences from control owners to executives.
Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, or NIST frameworks.
Comfort with data work in large control/evidence spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

Plan and run deployments with milestones, owners, and dates for each customer.
Manage 5–10 concurrent implementations and track tasks, risks, and dependencies.
Run weekly status meetings and provide clear recap notes with decisions and next steps.
Escalate blockers early with a proposed path forward.
Configure for audit, risk, and SOX, migrating controls and evidence.
Coordinate SSO, user provisioning, and access with customer IT.
