Responsibilities

• Own deployment end to end: kickoff, configuration, control prioritization, success plan.
• Configure controls, test attributes and samples to ensure initial tests run clean.
• Fine-tune attributes and adapt controls as client environment changes.
• Train and coach internal audit teams; run office hours; build a power-user bench.
• Advise on audit work, not just software: test approach, evidence sufficiency, auditor talks.
• Triage and resolve issues; escalate to engineering with actionable details.
• Coordinate setup with client IT, SSO, and with GRC/ticketing like AuditBoard, Workiva, ServiceNow, Jira.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering on client requests and pain points.
• Help build playbooks, deployment checklists, and help-center content.
