Job summary

Unily is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization for clients in North America and EMEA. You will manage project plans, client relationships, and cross-functional delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in project management or client delivery, SaaS deployment experience, and a strong ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing software implementation projects.
• Ability to manage client expectations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives.
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to achieve key outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate resources and cross-functional activities.
• Guide clients through kickoff to go-live and post-implementation.
• Coordinate with PS pre-sales to scope new opportunities.
