Job summary

Unily is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation and optimization of our solutions for clients in the North America and EMEA regions. You will manage projects end to end, coordinate professional services activities, and build strong client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or related roles. History of successfully managing software implementation projects.
Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
Experience with cross-functional teams and SaaS deployment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align with client objectives and delivery methodology.
Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to achieve key client outcomes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional team activities.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Manage scope, budget, and timeline with clients and internal teams.
