Job summary

Unily is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead successful implementations or optimization of our AI-native employee experience platform for North America and EMEA clients. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate professional services activities, and foster strong client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will report to the Associate Director of Professional Services Delivery, partner with PS pre-sales and sales, travel up to 20%, and thrive in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Experience with SaaS software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives and delivery methodology.
• Track and manage milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure key client outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional activities to meet scope and budget.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage scope, budget, and timeline expectations with clients and internal teams.
