Retool is seeking a commercial lawyer in the United States to support sales and vendor contracts in a fast-growing B2B SaaS/AI environment. You will review, negotiate MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and NDAs, and help build scalable legal processes.

You will collaborate with Finance, Trust, and other teams to provide practical, business-oriented guidance, stay current on AI-related laws, and report to the Head of Legal. This role offers a hybrid US work location.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years of in-house or law firm experience with commercial contracts in a B2B SaaS/AI environment.
• Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA privacy frameworks as they arise in commercial transactions.

Responsabilités

• Review, revise, and negotiate MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and NDAs for commercial transactions.
• Lead vendor contract reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Help build and maintain commercial legal infrastructure including templates, workflows, and AI-enabled processes.
