Zusammenfassung

Retool, a leading platform for building internal software, is looking for a commercial lawyer to support our in-house legal team. This role focuses on rapid, practical contract work for a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Trust to build scalable legal processes and AI-enabled workflows while staying up to date on emerging AI regulations and privacy frameworks.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years of in-house or law firm experience with commercial contracts in a B2B SaaS/AI environment.
• Familiarity with privacy law frameworks (GDPR/CCPA) in commercial transactions.

Aufgaben

• Review, revise, and negotiate MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and NDAs for the sales team.
• Lead vendor contract reviews with internal stakeholders owning vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain commercial legal infrastructure: intake workflows, templates, playbooks, and processes; leverage AI to scale.
