Job summary

Tempest Interactive Media is seeking a organized, client-focused Success Specialist to own post-go-live relationships for a portfolio of iDSS Destination Cloud accounts. You will collaborate with Onboarding, Product, and Support to ensure clients realize ongoing value, drive adoption, and identify renewal and expansion opportunities.

The role blends account management with platform strategy and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships, accounts, or SaaS customer success.
• Excellent client-facing communication and consultative skills.
• Ability to translate client goals into platform strategy and renewal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing relationship for an assigned portfolio of clients post-go-live.
• Monitor health, usage, and adoption trends across the portfolio.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals and value.
• Coordinate with Support and Product teams for issue resolution and feature adoption.
• Surface expansion and renewal opportunities with leadership.
