Tempest in Philadelphia is seeking a Client Success Specialist to own the post-go-live relationship for iDSS Destination Cloud accounts. You will partner with Onboarding, Product, and Support to ensure clients realize ongoing value from the platform and adoption remains strong.

The ideal candidate is proactive, consultative, and adept at managing a diverse portfolio, driving business reviews, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities while advocating for client needs with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships, accounts, or SaaS customer success.
• Proactive, consultative approach to client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing relationship for assigned portfolio post go-live.
• Monitor account health, usage, and adoption trends.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals and value.
• Identify risk signals early and drive proactive resolution.
• Partner with Support for timely resolution of client issues.
• Surface renewal and expansion opportunities with leadership.
• Advocate for client needs with Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate account records and health status.
• Coordinate internal teams to support client goals and escalations.
