Opiniion Inc. in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a Client Onboarding Support Specialist to guide new clients from signed agreement through implementation and launch.

You will coordinate onboarding milestones, configure the platform, and help customers adopt Opiniion quickly with clear, proactive communication. This entry-level to early-career role offers hands-on SaaS onboarding experience, collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product, and the chance to grow in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer-facing role or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain next steps clearly.
• Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple tasks and timelines.
• Comfort learning new software quickly and using systems consistently.
• Sound judgment, coachability, proactive problem-solving.
• Interest in using AI tools thoughtfully as part of work.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & launch coordination: manage core steps and milestones for new clients.
• Platform setup: configure Opiniion’s platform to fit each client’s workflow.
• Communication & problem-solving: provide progress updates and resolve onboarding blockers.
• Documentation & continuous improvement: maintain records and capture learnings.
• AI competency: summarize context, prepare notes, and improve workflows responsibly.
