Job summary

Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Project Manager for a full-time role to lead complex client implementations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience and long-term success.

You will coordinate internal teams, manage payroll data, and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule, acting as the main client contact. A PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS project management within HCM or payroll.
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management operations.
• PMP, CAPM or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey from discovery sessions to implementation plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and manage critical assets like payroll data.
• Mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Serve as the main client contact and guide decision-making while ensuring alignment.
• Conduct thorough QA before launch to ensure accuracy and a seamless first payroll with Salesforce documentation.
