Job summary

AllianceHCM in The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking a full-time HRIS Onboarding Tech to configure core HR modules, customize applicant tracking, and build digital onboarding experiences for our clients. You will support employee lifecycle processes, security permissions, and approval routing, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with HR leaders and onboarding specialists to deliver accurate, secure system launches.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology implementation, or HR operations.
Strong understanding of HR systems, workflows, and data management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end configuration of AllianceHCM's core HR modules and onboarding workflows.
Configure applicant tracking and employee lifecycle processes to meet client needs.
Design and test compliance workflows (e.g., Form I-9, E-Verify integrations).
Collaborate with HR leaders, onboarding, and implementation teams to ensure successful go-lives.
Audit data integrity, validate migrations, and address system issues.
