Job summary

AllianceHCM in The Woodlands, TX seeks a full-time Implementation Specialist to manage new client conversions and project timelines using our cloud-based HCM software. You will coordinate onboarding with sales, maintain project schedules, and ensure data accuracy across wage data, tax liabilities, and HR configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or PM software.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and project management of new client conversions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; document and track milestones.
• Lead onboarding and coordinate data (wage, taxes, POAs, banking) with stakeholders.
• Balance imports and perform QA checks on payroll frequencies, PTO, benefits, garnishments.
• Collaborate with sales to align timelines and expectations.
