Job summary

Alcott HR is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding for new clients, coordinate payroll, HRIS configurations, benefits and compliance, and manage data migration. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure accurate, timely delivery while supporting smooth offboarding at agreement termination.

The role requires strong organization, multi‑project management, and excellent client communication across HR and finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a client-facing implementation or onboarding role.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration or related field.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms as listed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact through implementation and onboarding.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate data migration and third-party integrations.
• Train clients on self-service portals, timekeeping and reporting tools.
• Support offboarding processes including payroll and benefits termination.
