Job summary

Hively in Alameda County seeks a Business Systems Analyst to implement and optimize SaaS platforms and reporting, with initial focus on Measure C programs. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable configurations and work with admins, vendors, and staff to ensure reliable solutions.

You will lead UAT, build dashboards, ensure data quality, and support compliance. This full-time role is based in Pleasanton, CA, offering collaborative growth and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar business systems analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience gathering requirements with process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience building leadership dashboards and translating data into decision-ready info.
• Proficient in writing and interpreting SQL queries; comfortable with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms with a focus on program requirements.
• Design reports and dashboards for leadership, validating logic against sources.
• Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing, test scripts, and testers.
• Manage data quality, security, and data integrations across systems.
• Collaborate with vendors, program staff, and leadership to translate needs into configurations.
