Job summary

Vanguard Charitable seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and drive backlog prioritization across SaaS platforms.

The role focuses on solution analysis, testing, UAT coordination, and delivering automated workflow enhancements, with strong emphasis on Excel, SQL, and vendor platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support intake framing, problem statements, and requirement validation.
• Evaluate solution options, configurations, and vendor capabilities.
• Coordinate with Technology on integrations and governance standards.
• Develop, test, and maintain automations in approved platforms.
• Provide production support analysis and backlog refinement.
