Peterson Technology Partners in Houston, TX is seeking a Business Analyst to drive research and requirements for a modern pharmacy management SaaS platform. You will assemble market evidence, conduct customer interviews and translate findings into clear, buildable user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will work closely with product, engineering and QA, manage the backlog in Azure DevOps, and guide two-week sprints from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as an analyst or product analyst with SaaS/platform ownership.
• Experience turning research into prioritized, buildable recommendations.
• Strong skills in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain market and competitor research for PMS.
• Interview and observe pharmacists to identify high-value problems, including USP 795/797 workflows.
• Own ticket-to-requirements pipeline with support, implementation and client success teams; include AI-assisted analysis.
• Write requirements including problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases.
• Define end-to-end workflows and integrations (POS, IVR, QuickBooks, payments).
• Maintain a high-quality backlog in Azure DevOps with traceability.
• Work in two-week sprints with QA collaboration and release sequencing.
• Define feature success measures and monitor adoption and satisfaction.
• Use AI-assisted research tools while validating with real customer evidence.
