With 8+ years in business analysis and experience in regulated industries, you will enable efficient value delivery for customers while maintaining traceability and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience in animal health, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience documenting processes, system interactions, and operational workflows.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, EDI transactions, or partner platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in agile delivery environments and software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and analysis for complex initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and data flows.
• Translate objectives into epics, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to plan and implement initiatives.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch support.
