Job summary

Peterson Technology Partners (PTP) seeks a QA Engineer early in their QA career to test its pharmacy management SaaS platform. You will work with a Senior QA Lead to build automation and test strategy, starting on a contract-to-hire track with potential full-time conversion.

You will perform functional, regression and exploratory testing across e-prescribing, inventory, billing, and related workflows, while learning our automation framework and contributing UI/API tests.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing test cases from requirements or acceptance criteria.
• Experience on an Agile team (Scrum/SAFe) with sprint-based delivery.
• Exposure to test automation or scripting and willingness to grow it into a core skill.

Responsibilities

• Plan, document and execute tests for features and releases on the sprint schedule.
• Perform functional, regression and exploratory testing across core workflows.
• Test a .NET / WinForms app with DevExpress UI and PostgreSQL back-end, including integrations.
• Create clear, reproducible defect reports for engineers.
