Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities, guiding the team from problem to adoption and ensuring alignment with payer workflows. You’ll partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results and reusable platform components.

You should have 3+ years in SaaS product management, a strong foundation in Agile, APIs, and data modeling, and hands-on experience with cloud data

Formación

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• A proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering and technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and an interest in applying emerging technology.

Responsabilidades

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
• Become a SME on health plan operations and translate into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing internal and external needs and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plans, risk logs, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI protection under HIPAA.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to move faster while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
