Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Software for its RxAuto pharmacy automation platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management, translating market insights into an executable plan that improves efficiency and customer value.

You will partner with R&D, UX, regulatory, sales, and marketing from discovery through launch, drive VOC, pricing inputs, and commercialization, and travel up to 25%. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, software product management, or related roles.
• Experience with software, SaaS, cloud, analytics platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience managing products across lifecycle: discovery to end-of-life.
• Strong VOC, market analysis, and executive communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in a global matrix.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve 2–3-year product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead VOC, market research, competitive intelligence.
• Translate insights into prioritized user needs and business cases.
• Partner with R&D, UX, service & support, implementation, quality, regulatory, sales, and regional marketing.
• Support commercialization: positioning, pricing and packaging inputs, launch planning, training strategy, field readiness.
• Represent customer and business needs within a cross-functional core team.
• Communicate roadmap updates and trade-off decisions to stakeholders.
