7Seventy seeks a Customer Billing Support Specialist to assist customers with billing inquiries, invoices, refunds, credits, and payment troubleshooting. You will be the primary contact via email, chat, and scheduled phone support, ensuring accurate account information and timely resolution.

Under the Billing Manager and Accounting Team, you’ll handle daily billing operations, update customer accounts, and maintain clear documentation across billing systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Foundational knowledge of SaaS billing and subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for basic customer billing inquiries via email, chat, and scheduled phone support.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues, providing clear explanations and timely follow-up.
• Prepare and process customer refunds and credits as part of daily billing support activities.
• Issue customer invoices and assist with routine billing transactions and account changes.
• Help customers update billing information and maintain accurate customer contact and account records.
