Intellistack is seeking a remote Billing Support Specialist to assist customers with basic billing inquiries, refunds, credits, and invoices. You'll work under the Billing Manager and with the Accounting Team to keep data accurate and processes well documented.

Ideal candidates have SaaS billing knowledge, 1–3 years in customer service, and excellent English communication. This remote role follows Mountain or Pacific hours.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Working knowledge of billing concepts, particularly SaaS billing and subscriptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle basic billing inquiries and daily billing tasks.
• Assist Billing Manager and Accounting Team with issues and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer billing data and invoices.
• Help resolve payment issues and process refunds/credits.
• Contribute to internal billing process documentation.
