Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking a Billing Specialist to support multiple business units. You will manage invoicing, subscriptions, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The role requires strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.

The position is remote with occasional required attendance at our Markham office for onboarding and team meetings. Salary in CAD and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related finance role.
• SaaS billing experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel, NetSuite, and Zuora SuiteBilling.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, send, modify, and terminate invoices and subscriptions accurately and on schedule.
• Reconcile billing records and payments; investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments; support adjustments.
