Job summary

Pedigree Technologies LLC in Fargo, ND seeks an Accountant focused on accounts receivable to keep books clean and timely. You will join the Finance and Accounting Department, handle AR cycle, GL reconciliations, and support audits while ensuring GAAP compliance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to resolve billing issues, prepare journal entries, and improve accounting processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience managing AR processes and collections.
• Experience performing General Ledger reconciliations and month-end close.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Manage full Accounts Receivable cycle: billing, cash application, collections, and account maintenance.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts per policy.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied cash, deductions, and disputed invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation; collaborate with Sales, CS, and Operations.
• Prepare AR aging reports and collection status updates for management.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for recurring subscription revenue; support AR automation efforts.
