Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of general accounting experience.
• Experience using fixed asset software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with timely monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and accruals, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Perform general ledger reviews and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly financial statement analysis and reporting.
• Verify and process invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment of accounts payable.
• Maintain records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Track capital purchases, fixed assets, and building improvements.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and ensure proper depreciation entries.
• Prepare special financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
