Job summary

RVO Health, a health-technology company, is seeking an IT Procurement Manager in the Charlotte area. You will lead software/SaaS procurement, negotiate AI/ML and vendor contracts, and coach a small team.

The role partners with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Business Operations to optimize spend and contract outcomes. The position is hybrid, with office days Tue–Thu in Fort Mill, SC, and remote work possible on Mon and Fri.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or contract management experience focused on software/SaaS and contracted-services.
• Experience negotiating software agreements, including AI/ML vendor contracts.
• Experience mentoring or managing a team.
• Experience developing, reviewing, or managing SOWs for contracted labor/services vendors.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP/procurement).
• Experience managing or administering a T&E platform (Navan).

Responsibilities

• Own procurement operations for software, SaaS, and contractor/services agreements, tracking renewals and spend.
• Evaluate software licensing models to identify savings and reduce shelfware.
• Oversee contracted labor sourcing and SOW management.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with suppliers and ensure compliance.
