Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop and execute global sourcing strategies across software, SaaS, AI/ML platforms, and data services, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal and Security to optimize cost, quality and risk.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate MSAs/SOWs, ensure compliance, and drive procurement transformation with best-in-class tools while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of procurement or sourcing experience with IT focus.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of software licensing models (SaaS, subscription, perpetual, consumption-based).
• Understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and cloud architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, AI/ML platforms, and data services delivering cost savings.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and competitive bidding processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key software providers.
• Champion continuous improvement and drive measurable business value.
