Job summary

Invoca is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support day-to-day contracting operations for SaaS products and AI-enabled offerings. You will prepare, review, and process customer and vendor agreements, maintain contract systems, and help move deals through the pipeline efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, sales operations, or a paralegal role.
• Familiarity with standard SaaS terms (subscriptions, order forms, SLAs).
• Experience with CLM tools (Ironclad) and e-sign platforms (DocuSign).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume documents and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and service mindset when collaborating with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; paralegal cert is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate standard contracts, NDAs, and amendments from templates.
• Review incoming contracts and flag non-standard terms for escalation.
• Route contracts through internal workflows and track status to keep deals on schedule.
• Manage contract execution via e-signature platforms and file finalized agreements.
• Maintain contract repository with metadata, renewal terms, pricing, and obligations.
• Respond to internal contract lookup requests and provide summaries.
• Support data privacy and security documentation like DPAs and security questionnaires.
• Help update templates and playbooks, including AI-specific terms.
• Identify process inefficiencies and assist with improvements.
• Assist with audits, due diligence, or contract migrations.
